Lazy Lazy Lazy

Thats right no excuses just been lazy and maybe a little bit busy having a good time surfing !
My buddy Mr weaver was down last week for a bit of house hunting and surfing so between work we managed to get a good amount of surfing under our wings (bat wings) thats what you get when you surf a ton ....... a nice set of bat wings under your arms ha ha
Waves have been epic and we really did score so good sessions which has been good because we both needed to get ready for our Maldives boat trip in june.
Rupo is turning 30 soon so we planned a group surf trip in honor of him hitting the mile stone of 30.

Back on the Blog !

So it has been a crazy few months running around over the USA and Europe with my new job at Quiksilver but i am enjoy it and never a dull moment i can tell you.
Going to bring you some fresh blogging and Pics from my travels over the last few months.
With guys like this to look up to in the managers world i cant go wrong ! right ! ha ha

I got news !!!

So i was supposed to be blogging over the last month but i didn't !!!!
WHY?
Because i have retired from snowboarding (finally ha ha ha)
It is time for this old dawg to hang his boots up and move on.
I am now the snow Team Manager for Quiksilver Europe.
First i got to say a huge thanks to everyone who has helped me out along the way. It was the best times of my life , and if it was not for all of you this would not have been the ride that it was so again thanks.
Also to my sponsors who kept the dream alive you were awesome and i loved every min i rode for you all.
I am so happy i will still be part of the snowboard industry, i love snowboarding its my life and i cant wait to embark on this new adventure.
It really kicked in today when i skyped the boy's back in the valley (i missed opening day) and i saw there faces after a banging day shredding , but i did put a massif smile on my face when i saw how stoked they were and that is what its all about .........................
Enjoy the winter where ever you are (even in edinburgh)
My bro and his pals were up hilled (the dryslope) getting some turns and enjoying the pow just 5 mins from my home !

Bad day at the office

Well i got up at 7am after going to sleep at 1 am (spent the day in the gym ,fixing my room and building a cupboard that took forever) and headed to innsbruck to meet up with my TM hasi and drive up here to kaunertal for a few days.
All was well but we got up at 3pm so jump into gear and go riding and try film something before sun sets
that was the plan and it kinda worked until i slipped out on the take off ( tired and not concentrating ) and basically ate shit hard on my face !
Thought i had broke my nose but just battered and bruised ha ha
Hope i will have a better day tomorrow :)
Maybe it was just karma though either way i got a fat nose and sore head ha ha

It's been a month since

It's been a month since i last blogged because i wanted to have a month away from the internet and i was really busy so from now on there will be regular blogging going down :)

Today was epic over 50cm of fresh pow pow but the wind got to it so in places there was none and in some spots it was up to my shoulders deep (no joke )

Didn't take up the camera because i wanted to just rip around so i did exactly that with the boy's and tini.
Also bumped into Niki Korpela and Mark Mcmorris who joined us for a few laps but when i suggested we do one more top to bottom run they decided they were to tired ???? I mean i am 30 (31 in a few days) if anyone should be tired it should be me right !!!! ha ha ha

What a day anyways here is a pic of chatt beside the deep stuff and a pic of the piste with no snow on it.
Weird how there was no pow on the piste but tonnes of it everywhere else.
